What is Hailer? ​

Hailer is a business workspace platform for managing workflows, projects, CRM, and team collaboration. With the Claude connector, you can access and manage your Hailer data using natural language.

Getting Started ​

Step 1: Connect to Hailer ​

  1. In Claude, click on the connectors icon
  2. Find "Hailer" in the connectors list
  3. Click "Connect"
  4. You'll be redirected to Hailer to authorize access
  5. Log in with your Hailer account and approve the connection

Step 2: Start Using ​

Once connected, simply ask Claude to help with your Hailer workspace:

Examples:

  • "Show me all workflows in my workspace"
  • "List activities in the Sales Pipeline"
  • "Create a new task called 'Review proposal' in the Projects workflow"
  • "Move the 'Website redesign' activity to the 'In Progress' phase"
  • "What messages are in the discussion for activity X?"
  • "Show me a summary of activities created this week"

Requirements ​

  • A Hailer account with access to at least one workspace
  • Appropriate permissions to view/edit the data you want to access
  • Free and paid Hailer plans are supported

Privacy & Security ​

  • Data access: Claude only accesses data you explicitly request
  • No storage: Your data is not stored beyond the session
  • Encryption: All data transmission uses HTTPS/TLS encryption
  • GDPR compliant: Hailer is a Finnish company fully compliant with GDPR

Troubleshooting ​

"Access denied" errors ​

Make sure you have the necessary permissions in your Hailer workspace to access the workflows or activities you're requesting.

Connection expired ​

If your connection stops working, disconnect and reconnect the Hailer connector to refresh your authorization.

Can't find my workflow ​

Use "Show me all workflows" first to see the exact names of your workflows. Workflow names are case-sensitive.

Large data responses ​

If you're working with many activities, ask Claude to filter or limit the results (e.g., "Show me the 10 most recent activities").
